[ANNOUNCEMENT] - Posting Guidelines

Hi All ,

Recently we have been seeing quite a few job posting on our mailing list .
Even though we are glad that people are using the community to collaborate and engage, we are also getting many complaints that there are too many reply-all mails floating around and cluttering the mailboxes.

Please note that we have more than 3500 people in our mailing list . So please DONOT use reply to all unless you think its of interest to a good majority in that list .

while posting mails please specify the subject clearly
eg)
[JOB LISTING] - Android dev ...
[CODING] - New lib / help required etc
[TESTING] - unit test ..
[ANNOUNCEMENT] - Event name .

This allows people to setup rules in mail clients and look thru mails that are of interest to them.
Lets try and avoid bringing back strict moderation of mails in the mailing list

Thanks in advance

regards,
