Synopsis: Since 1998, BrowserMedia has been developing award-winning solutions for more than 200 clients around the world. At the core of these solutions is the web-based content management system, BrowerCMS. For the upcoming release of BrowserCMS 3.0, BrowserMedia will be transitioning the product from a Proprietary Java application to an Open Source Ruby on Rails application. In this talk Patrick and Paul will cover the business and technical motivations for this change and how you can use BrowserCMS to provide content management capabilities in your next Rails app.
