Can't get enough Rails.
Examples of excellent Rails code (what Rails code should we be reading). Rails Refactorings. TDD/BDDing more than just models. Pros & cons of Shoulda/Rspec/etc. Also peer networking.
B'more on Rails is a great Ruby group. Some very experienced folks and some new to rails. A lot of different activities including meetings with some excellent speakers, open source development and socializing activities.
I don't think I have one to post, or did you mean for me to make one up?
