I have a small car (seats 5, 4 comfortably). I can drive Sunday but not Monday.

Hey everyone! As you already know, we have many events planned to welcome the greater Ruby community to RailsConf:http://bmoreonrails.org/railsconf.html

One we haven't discussed much lately is the BWI/Penn Station taxi service. We are planning on running one (or more) "taxis" to/from BWI and downtown hotels. This will be a great way to show our hospitality as well as meet some new folks and make some friends. It would be super-slick to have passengers "sign up" for a ride online when they arrive, and be able to track the locations of the taxis.

But before we can build the app and tell everyone about it, we need to commit some "taxi drivers". Can you spare a few hours on Sunday and/or Monday afternoon? We're still determining when most attendees will be arriving, but with Ignite happening Sunday at 6, and our Pub Night Monday at 6, we think we'll be able to pick up the afternoon arrivals without missing any events.

We're getting a decent amount of press for our hospitality promises, but we need to follow through and provide an exceptional experience. So, if you have some time, please respond to let me know what times you can be a taxi. Even if you have a small car, you can still save someone the trouble of getting a taxi and make a new friend.

(Also - wouldn't it be amazing if the taxi were a big van? Please get in touch if you have access to a cargo van or big mini-van.)

Thanks, and please contact me if you'd also like to help out with any of the other events we have planned!
