Anti-Harassment Policy

From: Chris S.

Hi all!

B'more on Rails has adopted an Anti-Harassment Policy:

We are adopting this for only one reason: to encourage a robust and
diverse group.

To the best of my knowledge, we have never had an incident that would
be covered by this policy. I do not believe that we ever will - with
or without the policy. The point is not to prevent an incident, but
rather to advertise our community for what it always has been:
welcoming of all, regardless of background or skill level.

In my mind, this changes nothing - we continue to be the same awesome,
welcoming group that we have always been. But make no mistake - we are
committed to this policy and will enforce it.

If you have any comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know.
