Yes, the conference room would be cramped for 30.  #360 (on the
floorplan PDF) is an office suite with a large open area.  I'm not
sure if the space is still vacant, but the last company I know of to
be there has move north of the city.  If that space is available,
furniture would be the next issue, though ETC may have some
stockpiled.
