I've received a handful of offers to host RailsConf speakers from our community. ?Thank you so much! ?I'll follow up with you each of you sometime in the next week or two to communicate how this will actually play out.

I did want to bring this back to everyone else's attention though. ?It would be great if we could find at least 3-4 more volunteers to support this effort. ?If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email me separately.

Hey guys,

Before we can extend the offer we need to know what capacity we can collectively support. ?I've created a Google Form to track who has what available over the course of the event. ?I'd appreciate it if you could take a moment to complete the form below.

Can You Host a RailsConf Speaker?

We think it would be a great gesture by our city and community to offer to house RailsConf speakers. It would be a great way to show some hospitality and also make some new connections. Please fill out this form and let us know if/how you might be able to help out. Thanks!
