Play Board Games! Featured Game is "Space Cadets: Dice Duel!"

Space Cadets: Dice Duel pits two starships against each other in quick-paced combat. The players are divided into two teams, each team playing the crew of their ship. The team will win or lose together. The game ends when one side destroys their opponent by causing four points of damage through torpedoes or mines. There are no game turns in Space Cadets: Dice Duel. The game continues with players acting as quickly as possible until one side wins.

Hey John, did you by any chance notice a grey astronaut (aka a grey disc) hanging around? Not sure if it's even there. It may have slipped the surly bonds of the box years ago for all I know. Figured I'd ask.

Great gathering. Space Cadets was a bit hectic and Mission Red Planet was a welcomed relief. It also looked like Ticket to Ride was a good time.

You did! It totally kept me warm on the way home. I have it in my office.

Big Smiles Thank you. I was worried. The scarf was a Christmas gift. I may be a little late on Saturday or have to leave early. I do not know which yet. I need to drive someone to see her daughter. I had so much fun. Space Cadets really did add excitement to my life that normally is calm. It did get my heart going. It was really fun for something different.

Well they may not join me on the bridge of a star ship, but hopefully I'll get them to join us on occasion.

It was a fantastic gaming session! Space Cadets really got your heart racing ... a little stressful ... but fun. Next time I'll stick to being a deck officer :).

Hey Everyone! The designers of this game (a father/daughter team, I believe) have a video tutorial on the game. It takes about 16 minutes but is totally worth it to watch.

Also remember that this game generally lasts about 30 minutes, so if we decide it isn't for us then there are a bunch of other games to try.

Oh! I also just picked up a copy of Skull. A bluffing game which is really simple. The family had a blast with it. It plays 6 people verry well

I've never played before either. But it sounds like a lot of fun!
Just to the group: I gave my young nephews "Incan Gold", and they kicked my butt bad on Christmas Day. Damn kids. ;-)
