All Day Board Games - Saturday August 31, 11am-11pm

RSVPs are now closed -- but don't worry -- walk-ins are welcome! We use RSVPs to estimate things like number of bodies to staff, table and chair needs, etc. (Then we add some to cover any walk-ins.)

Board games from 11am to 11pm!
Come check out a game from the expanded library, or bring your own.

Per usual - admission is $5 at the door. You can also pay in advance via PayPal!

We'll be posting additional updates regarding scheduled events/opportunities as we get closer to the date.

We'll be across the hall from Wick's Pizza for this event at the front of the hotel, in Kentucky A & B.

Have a game you want to post sign-ups for? Let us know in advance and we'll post up a time and sign-up list.

Current Schedule of events:
11:00 AM - Registration/checkin opens
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Game swap/market

11:00 AM - 11:00 PM - Open gaming - you are welcome to participate in any/all events, or to play games at your leisure.

12:00 PM - Learn to play - Ticket to Ride
~1:30 PM+ - Unofficial Netrunner Tournament (Bring your own deck, prize to be announced)
2:00 PM - Learn to play - Agricola (limit 5 players - if there is sufficient interest there will be additional sessions)
4:00 PM - Learn to play - Blokus (In case you've never played, or need a refresher before the tournament event!)
4:30 PM+ - Unofficial Blokus Tournament (Length will fluctuate based on participation, prize TBD based on interest.)
7:00 PM - Suggested dinner break - Remember, we get a 10% discount at the Wick's Pizza across the hall for the day, with your badge/tag!
9:00 PM - Werewolf (Limit 11 players)
9:30 PM - That black and white card game... the one that offends... that we can't play until most of the younger crowd has cleared out... and only then back in the back of the room. **Additional copies welcomed, we tend to have more players than one or two decks will support.

To be scheduled: Battletech - likely early afternoon, tentatively scheduled for 12:30pm.

We've also got a few games that are going to be available for testing. At least one is currently on Kickstarter, and we should have additional details on some of the others in the coming weeks.

I plan to be there, but I probably won't get there until around 5 or 6.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
