The Great Dalmuti, Outpost, Catan, Power Grid, Liars Dice, Catch Phrase, lots of very old boxed games.
Complex enough to make it interesting, but not work. Strategy and Traditional? Some party games are very good, especially when teams can benefit from diverse backgrounds to play!
I started ages ago in the war-game genre, but time has shifted my interest to games more about fun for the table, not who wins.
