Fantasy Flight Games Event Center: all day gaming

Fantasy Flight Games is a local distributor of all kinds of games from family friendly fare like Ingenious to elaborate fantasy-based games with miniatures like Warhammer. The big news is that they have opened up an event center featuring all their product that also has a large open space perfect for playing every type of game! To learn all about it, please go to www.ffgec.com I have been in contact with the operators of the event center since just after opening and am attempting to set up a regular (hopefully monthly) day of gaming there every Saturday. The event center is open every Saturday from 10 until 1 AM. The event center requires patrons with a membership past 9 PM. Membership information will be available at the entrance. The gaming space at the event center is very large and can hold up to 200 people. They do allow any sort of game other than Fantasy Flight games so feel free to bring your own. However, they do have a stated policy prohibiting outside food or drink. They will have an agreement with a local pizza place and do have in-store beverages available so there should be no problem in that regard. Lots of food options are available nearby as well. Come by and play some games and check out the new store. We will be playing all sorts of games all day and between games be sure and check out all the games on display. Fantasy Flight Games has risen to become the fifth largest distributor of board games in the world and we are lucky enough to have them in our town. The location is easy to get to as it is just Northeast of the Roseville Mall. The store is located just east of 35W, south of County Road C, north of County Road B2, and west of Fairview Ave. There is a sign on Oakcrest Ave noting the Fantasy Flight Games Event Center and the store is at the far end of that lot. Please post any questions or concerns in the comments section and I will address those as soon as I can. Hope to see you there! Mike

Not sure if I will be there for that day, but Katie and I are there every thursday besides that. Its a really nice place and I hope everyone else who attends feels the same way because it has to be the best looking game shop I have ever seen. We hope to make it that day and see everyone there to finally meet you all.
