My experience is that Robert will do local pick-up.. however the sales tax apply, and he will increase the price a little as he seems to make some money out of the shipping.

Always got a good experience with CLS... I always did the pick up when getting game from CLS.

 Unfortunately if you are looking at the best prices, this end up not being the case with the sales tax and extra few bucks into the price

Is this a change in policy? I had heard all sales, even local ones, were
mailed out.
