Bring your favorite boardgames and cards for a fun night!! We'll have dinner/snacks and play games. Please keep the food and drinks away from the games.

We'll meet in the separate room, at the back of the restaurant. Just ask the host for the Meetup Games group.

All ages are welcome. See you there!
Event time is from 6pm - 10pm.

Geek says that a 2-player Le Havre game with experienced players - I'm referring to Jake here - takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours. A 3-player game takes 2 to 2 1/2 hours. My feeling is that since Jeff is supplying the game, it would be good if just Jeff, Jake, and I played it. I think we could do it in 2 1/2 hours that way. Adding a fourth player will increase the time. I don't mean to cut anyone one, but I don't think too many of us like lloooonnnnggg games. We'd rather play more than one game during an evening, not just spend the whole evening playing the same game. Though this is just one person's opinion.
P.S.: I'm pretty sure I've played the game once. The photo of the board on Geek looks familiar. And I don't have AP at all.
P.P.S.: I just noticed that Jake isn't arriving at 6, but sometime later. Maybe Le Havre will have to wait until another week. But Jeff, please bring the box anyway.

Since Le Havre takes 3-4 hours, I'd pass on playing.

Thanks, Jeff. I've played Le Havre once. I've never seen Ora et Labora. Can you teach both?

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
