Why settle for a teeny scrunched up mind when you can explore vast psychic realms? All one needs to do is game. So come one and all... take your mind for a wild joy ride.

This week, games that are high on my 'want to play' list are... Feudality (great little game that is), Strasbourg, and Pantheon (though I am always open to suggestions as well).

Since many of you have not been to our game nights before, I will give the 'here are the basics' wrap... All gamers members are welcome to attend game night. There usually are between twelve and twenty people that show up, so there will be multiple game sessions happening at the same time. It is usually pretty easy to find a group that will play a game you desire to play (in fact stating a preference will often be the deciding factor in terms of what gets played.. people are often reluctant to state their preferences... capitalize on that!). We have a gaming library with close to four hundred games. These are available to be used so long as folks take care to keep everything in good condition (taking care not to keep food or drink on the table, not bending cards, etc...). We provide snacks as well as a more substantial food item (usually a soup, stew, or some other thing). Bringing something to add to the edible selection is not required, but it is certainly appreciated. We strive to create a safe, fun, and welcoming gaming environment for people of all genders, genetic make ups, creeds, and interpretive dance styles.

Also.. for those interested, we have a thriving board game community on Facebook. If you wish to join us there the web adress is...

Great fun was had. We had a great turn out of around twenty people. Great to meet new people and hand out with old friends. Several great games were played, including... Automobile, Die Macher, Ingenious, Cards Against Humanity, Samurai, and King Of Tokyo. Good times...

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
