How about May 3rd or May 31st (if Saturday evening is still your preference)?
Think about how many people you'd like to have (maximum) and if food will be involved or not, and time for the event (6pm or 7pm type start and ending at ???)
I'll get it on the calendar for Kirkland Gamers and North Puget Sound Gamers (and Mark could add it to the Bellvue Gamers calendar). Sounds like a lot of fun!!!! And a great chance to play some party games that don't work in a coffee shop (like Cranium, which I love!).
Thanks for the great idea (any cost involved for folks to share to reserve the space?)
