The good part was that it was free, with food and drinks! I thought Halli Galli with fruits would be a good idea, but it was marred a bit because the fruits didn't look so fresh and the emcee didn't explain how to play the game, resulting in us playing it wrongly. After that we had a trivia game, which I'm not fond of but many people enjoyed it. Some people were apparently also bored and went off to play their own board games, resulting in the emcee reprimanding them.

It felt more like a party than a board games meetup. In fact, with the name game and all the forfeiting, I was reminded of school orientation. But I'm sure a lot of people had fun!
