This thread is for members to post what games they want to run next week and players looking to join those games. Monday at 7pm we'll post the game list for the week and that's when players should sign up. Late games may be added so you may want to check back before Wednesday.

Slot 1
Dungeon Petz - Andy - 1 seat available - (Andy, AndrewL, Jeff)
Co-Op Game - Rodney - 3 seats available - (Rodney, Shelia, Don)

Anyone feel like panic station or "eggs" (ygdrasil)??? I don't own either... just putting it out there.

If there is enough interest I can run either one or both :)

I've missed a week or so - are we at Baldy or D'Youville?

I'm still on a Chvatil kick, so I'll run:

Slot 1

Dungeon Petz

90 minutes (I'm guessing it'll run closer to 120)

2-4 players

It's a follow-up to Dungeon Lords, but does not require any prior knowledge or experience. In Dungeon Petz, you're raising pets to sell to Dungeon Lords. And, they're cute (or so I'm told).

I liked Dungeon Petz. It'a a little fiddly, but it all makes sense within the theme. It is one of those "no chance in hell of accomplishing everything you need to accomplish" type games. In our game it was better to have one or two high-scoring rounds rather than try to come out ahead on each one.

I'm game for giving either of these another go.

FWIW: Both Yggdrasil & Panic Station play up to 6 players and are co-operative/semi co-operative games. Panic Station plays best with more players. Yggdrasil is more difficult with more players.

I was listening to a podcast awhile back and this group said it took them 18 plays of Yggdrasil before they finally won.
