Im also having the same problem as Nikki... I can only see the album cover but cant see the other pics in that same album... its a big bummer!!

I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble. We'll need additional information about what's happening in order to investigate further. What browser and operating systems are you using? Can you please reply with a link to the pages where the images aren't loading?

I also encourage you to check your java settings to ensure they are current.

thanks for your concern, a few of us cant view anythumbnails just the large pic and no way to see the other pictures, a few cannot see the page to rsvp, Im usung explorer 8 if I can help in any other way let me know and thanks again, Butch

What am I looking for in my Java! No one in my group can view our pictures!! Please help!

I had the same problem, I went to "reorder pics" then closed that "reorder pics" and then the arrow came back.

Hi Folks,

I'll need everyone to go back to their posts and please edit them to include the web browser and version you're using. We've tested it out on comment browser set ups and the albums are working okay.

It's a java applet so you'll want to make sure your browser supports it.

Again, please let me know what you're using to browse the site, and hopefully I can post more specific instructions to check your settings out.

the pop-up viewing bar keeps popping up (ha), which as others have said, is annoying because it blocks the lower part of the picture. If I click on it, it goes away for about 2 seconds then comes back. It wont go away permanently. I'm using IE7. How about making the pop-up bar optional??
