Hi, and thx for your note, Janet. Your question is a frequent one, many folks confuse Iridology and Optometry.
In short, Iridologists are not trained in Optometry/Ophth
almology and vice-versa tho we have trained a number of Optometrists in Clinical Iridology.
Iridologists look at the surface topology of the blue or brown irides, while Optometric practitioners look at the whole eye, including the retina, cornea etc. They identify eye conditions, we read the reflex marks in the (con't below)
does an eye doctor look for the same things? I noticed my eyes have changed and was going to see someone but I realized I just had an eye exam and a surgery removing a cyst under my eyelid that started to stick out. removed New Years Eve Day. I am interested to learn more. thanks for doing this.
