I had a nice time at my first ever book club. It was good to meet everyone who attended. Now I still have to finish July's book and get started on August.

Great friendly group. It was the best group to get acquainted with ease. The fellowship time was the longest time I've had in any meetup group

We've had men attend several times - the more the merrier!

I won't be able to attend - however I did read this book, it was a fluke that I purchased it, and it was pretty good. I wonder if there will be more about the other silos.

There is a prequel, called the Shift Omnibus. I am reading it now and so far enjoyed Wool more, but only because the story of "how it all came to be" is of course, a depressing one...

I don't have a problem with a guy attending, James. What do you other ladies think?
