we had a plan of sorts to have the January book to be picked by the December meeting. Said meeting is a week away and we have 13 votes so far. Frankly I'm very surprised that a book on the Cleveland Crime Families that rose out of the Prohibition Era is winning, followed by a tie for 2cd between Food Inc (which Im not surprised about) a book written in 1938 about the Spanish Civil War (Which I am surprised about). Both of the ones Im surprised about are very good reads, I just sort of expected Bill Bryson to run away with it.
Vote Early, but as were are in Cleveland and not Chicago, not often.http://bookclub.meetup.com/17/polls/214888/
