Announcing a new Meetup for 20ish & 30ish Boston Book Club!

What: Cambridge Readers: Villette by Charlotte Bronte

When: Tuesday, March 9,[masked]:00 PM

Clear Conscience Cafe/Harvest Co-Op Market
581 Massachusetts Ave
Cambridge, MA 02139

Okay folks, after a brief winter hiatus, I'll be back (reading furiously to finish the book as ever, I imagine:-) to join in March's meetup, which is, as promised:

Villette by Charlotte Bronte

Copied from:

Publisher Comments:
This powerfully moving psychological study was acclaimed by George Eliot as "a still more wonderful book than Jane Eyre," and by Virginia Woolf as "Bront?'s finest novel." Its remarkably modern heroine abandons her native England for the freedom and independence -- and insecurity -- of life as a schoolteacher in Belgium.

Acclaimed by Virginia Woolf as "Bronte's finest novel," this moving psychological study features a remarkably modern heroine who abandons her native England for a new life as a schoolteacher in Belgium.

As ever, we'll be starting our discussion at least at Clear Conscience Cafe, but should numbers abound, may head over to Au Bon Pain at 684 Mass Ave. I'm going to hold on a formal RSVP number for a couple more months, but if it gets too crazy, I may get more strict. Please, and I beg this of you with my greatest appealing nature possible, keep your RSVP's accurate and updated, so I know whether a move across the street is likely. I have yet to become a mean leader/organizer, and, well, I really hate making rules. Thusly and therefore, please yield to my requests to change RSVP's accordingly.

And again I say, please:-)

With my humble gratitude, and hopes for merry reading
