This is my conditioning walk that I do on Tue and Thu. This a great way to get back in shape or keep in shape while enjoying talking with new and old friends.
One time around the trail is 1.5 miles. I do 2 laps (3 miles) and sometimes 3 laps (4.5 miles). Anyone can stop after one or two. That is the great thing about this walk and why it can be good for all levels.

If the weather is going to below freezing or rain, I will cancel within 2 hours before the hike. So always check this meetup site or your emails for cancellations.
