Always charting a course to redefine the aging process.
Regular fitness regimen - gym, etc. Dancing and engagement with others on the important issues of our time. Very important to stay curious and learn everyday. ...and connect with others to make a difference - that keeps us all young in our spirit.
Dinner parties. Blues and swing dancing. Movies, in and out. Lectures. Reading. Some high quality t.v. Quality conversation with smart, creative, and loving people. Biking and fresh air on the trail. Travel, of course, when I can.
