Bootstrappers Anonymous is an entrepreneurship group for small non-funded companies of 1-3 people in San Francisco, CA who are faced with problems related to growing their startup businesses. We use a peer facilitation methodology based on Co-counselling using simple methods that can be seen as a refinement of "you tell me your problems and I'll tell you mine", along with some Scrum practices like discussing priorities and then reporting on progress.
