Dear Bootlawyers,

We promised a high-flying roster of speakers in Bootlaw’s new 2013 – 2014 season, speaking on a number of topics that would have every start-up in London lining up outside our door. Our next speaker certainly doesn’t disappoint.

On Thursday 21 November 2013, we have the pleasure of welcoming Jane Reoch to Bootlaw. Jane is an immensely experienced and highly regarded figure in the start-up world, having worked with growth companies for over 10 years including with the Business Growth Fund. Jane is currently the  Investment Director at the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund and a Senior Investment Manager at Panoramic Growth Equity. She is also a business mentor for the Prince's Trust.

Jane will be taking us on a whistle-stop tour of the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund and the markets within which it operates. Following this, we will be led through a template white label term sheet where Jane will explain, from an investor / commercial standpoint, the most important parts of the term sheet and the rationale for their importance.

You can RSVP here, to book your place for this highly anticipated talk.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
