Please tell us a bit about your business, what is it (a link to a website would be good) and what stage is it at?

The service is the creation of metadata that can enable the discovery of digital content. This will be increasingly useful as individuals creat resources (such as iPhone apps) that they can sell, but they need to be discovered.

What are you hoping to get out of Bootlaw and are there any particular issues you want to learn more about?

I am looking to gain a legal perspective on the creation of metadata to enable the discovery of digital content. One particular issue is the release of information from raters, such as their twitter identity which we can automatically determine.

How did you hear about Bootlaw?

I was at MiniBar last Friday.

Would like to get more involved with the startup community in London, and I need to learn more about the legal side of startups. I am involved with Launch48 too and there could be some legal issues for the companies created.
