I'm a young online entrepreneur and I'm keen to educate myself on all aspects of the business - including the fine print!
If you are expecting to build a large presence you'll need to accept the risk of legal issues. It's therefore best to begin developing a relationship with some lawyers you like now so that they understand your business and can keep on the right general path. Then, if fate does come knocking, the cost is much less. Danvers and Barry as I understand specialise in assisting hi tech start ups and share a lot of information freely. I was very impressed by what some of the other attendees had to say about them. What lovely chaps!
