Bio: Hezi Kugler
Mr. Kugler is the Chairman of the Israeli Clean Energy Alliance, a new not-for-profit group dedicated to promoting the Israeli clean energy sector and turning Israel into a major player in the international clean energy arena. Mr. Kugler was the Director General of Israel's Ministry of National Infrastructures from September 2006 – May 2009. At the Ministry of National Infrastructures, Mr. Kugler played a central role in devising Israeli energy policy, including the tenders for the first major solar energy plants in Israel, fostering close cooperation with the U.S. Department of Energy, and a $10 billion overhaul of Israel's power sector.

David WolfI thought the food service was very average, even though it was Israeli oriented. I did not like the locus for networking. I corridor is not a very encouraging place.

Aaron SchneiderGreat to network with folks in cleantech industry. Speaker was engaging on politics of Israel but did not offer any particular insights into best practices for building relationships between Israeli and US cleantech companies. The speech also laster for far too long and could have been condensed to 20 to 30 minutes rather than hour and a quarter.
