This is a temp to hire position in the Lexington, MA arae. Candidates must have at least 1 year of strong Java Coding/Development experience. This is not a Senior level position. We are looking for someone with good/basic knowledge along with some working experience with Java.

You will be supporting a product which is Java based. You must be comfortable with analyzing the java code and be able to note problems in lines of code and fix it, so this is an absolute must for this position. Background in customer facing software technical support. Candidates with experience working closely with sales departments preferred.

** This position is with a smaller sized/start up company. Candidates with this background/mentality are preferred. Must be flexible and willing to pitch-in everywhere.

You will be responsible for email and telephone support to client customers, on occasion you will be required to travel to these locations. Issues will include installation, product configuration, hardware and operating systems. You will have to work independently to diagnose and resolve issues, working directly with client customers and our clients' Engineering departments.
