If you have to identify your ideologies, thesis, premises, and opinions what would you call yourself? (examples Soft Determinist, Subjective Idealist, Cartesian, or Machiavellian Realist)

Soft determinist comes close. I am very liberal. I value kindness and intellect. When individuals are challenged and fulfilled, the group is enriched and happier, and vice versa, tends to be a highly functioning group

Name one person whose belief you feel be impact your own fundamentals? Example- Thomas Hobbe, Machavelli, Kant

Perhaps Jean-Paul Sartre. On a practical and just level in today's world of work, I believe in strong unions. I am very interested in science, particularly the brain. I am struck by the work of those like Susan Sontag. I think when people cultivate choices in life, it empowers them to make higher level decisions. in unions

Retired psychology instructor who loves philosophy - reading, thinking and discussing it. I also enjoy live music, the Blues, and classic rock. I like good restaurant dining with pleasant and respectful companions who enjoy thoughtful discussion.
