What book should we read for the March Book Club Meeting?

The theme this month is sci-fi in space. For this I chose On Basilisk Station by David Weber (first book of the Honor Harrington series) and Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. Before automatically picking the classic Ender's game, I would like you to give On Basilisk Station a look, it may surprise you.
