Hey everyone!

I'm Chelsea, a newly-minted employee of the Humanist Community at
Harvard. I wanted to let you all know about an exciting (well, to me
at least) new program I'm working on: a secular Sunday school.

On September 16, we will kick off the inaugural year of the Humanist
Learning Lab - a safe space for children and adolescents to ask big
questions and explore what it means to live a good life. We've got a
teen discussion group, a class for strong readers of any age under
thirteen, and (most weeks) childcare for younger children. We'll have
field trips, reading, writing, art projects, service work, vigorous
discussions, big questions, and a whole lot of fun!

You can learn more about the Humanist Learning Lab - and register for
it! - at http://harvardhum....
Zachary Bos has kindly posted a copy of the registration form at. Please help
us get the word out about this exciting new program by telling your
friends who might be interested! Send your questions, comments, ideas,
and thoughts to me at clink [ at ] harvardhumanist [ dot ] org.

Thanks for helping make our pilot year a success! Enjoy the last few
weeks of summer!
