SCA National Tax Summit -- join the phone call, today!

From: Zachary B.
Sent on: Wednesday, December 12, 2012 10:53 AM
Today is the National Tax Summit organized by the Secular Coalition
for America. Join the call at 2 pm to discuss religious privileging in
the tax code and what we can do about it.

Location: SCA Conference Room [masked]th St NW, Suite 205, Washington DC)
Or Via phone:[masked] Code:[masked]
Agenda will be delivered prior to the call.

The new Congress is poised to consider comprehensive tax reform when
it convenes in January. An independent study published in FREE INQUIRY
earlier this year found that religious privileging costs U.S.
taxpayers $71 billion every year. This National Summit will bring
together secular leaders to discuss strategies to address disparities
in the U.S. tax code that privilege churches over other charitable
organizations. We will develop strategies for a concerted effort to
correct the tax code.
