True Lies and False Facts: A Questionable Tour of Boston

This April Fool's Day, join Boston By Foot on a walking tour like we've never done before!

Starting at the Old North Church and ending with a celebration at the Bell in Hand Tavern, this hour long tour will tell some wild and amazing stories--some of which are true and others are not. Is your knowledge of history good enough to know which is which? When the answers are revealed, those who guess best will win great prizes! THIS is the only time a Boston By Foot guide will intentionally lie to you...unless, of course, they're telling the truth!

The cost of this first-time event is only $20 (Boston By Foot organizational members $5). Cash bar and snacks provided at the end of the tour at Bell in Hand.

No reservations necessary; rain or shine. Visit or call[masked] for more information.

I was a docent guiding groups from storyteller to storyteller. The concept was awesome and the stories were great! I was glad I didn't know ahead which ones were false (though I did guess most answers right). I enjoyed the fun-loving vibe of the participants and the get-together afterward.

What a fantastic concept this tour was and it turned out really well. I'm so excited lots of people thought I was telling tales! But really there were chickens hurtling through the streets of the West End!

I will be coming from Framingham, so the green line - North Station stops seems right. Thanks!

I do not know Boston well and do not want to drive in. Is there a way to take the T to the starting location? I would love to go on this walk.
