Basics of Vegan Cooking Class! (non-vegans welcome)

So you want to cook more healthy, vegan meals-but where to begin? This intro class covers the fundamental aspects of plant-based cooking, from superfoods to stocking you pantry. We’ll look at the typical American diet and how it negatively affects your body. We’ll focus on how a vegan diet of grains, legumes, nuts, and whole fruits and vegetables can make you healthy.
