Announcing a new Meetup for New Wave - Young Boston Feminists!

What: Unpacking That Not-So-Invisible Knapsack

When: Tuesday, September 28,[masked]:00 PM

Where: Community Change Inc.
14 Beacon Street #605
Cambridge, MA 02108

The first event for the 'Boston's My Knapsack Is Not Invisible' Group will feature Paul Marcus, the Executive Director of Community Change, giving you an overview of what CCI does as well as providing some tools to combat racism as a white person.

Additionally, we will also have Magalis Troncoso, from the Boston Tenants Coalition: The Boston Tenants Coalition (BTC) is a coalition of grassroots tenant neighborhood groups, community development corporations, and homeless and advocacy organizations that promotes affordable housing in Boston, organized to defend and expand the rights of tenants, and to push city, state and federal government, as well as private industry to address the needs of low-income tenants. We operate from a core belief that more affordable housing needs to be both permanent and targeted to Boston's low-income populations.
