That was an amazing talk - I loved the way they focus on a goal and just went all out in term of research...I just bought the book...worthwhile if u havent got your hand on it. I am not sure I completely agree with the angles on shopping / food promotion as the issue, but just the overall abundance of food vs our dramatic decline in physical labor...bottomline, I been to tons of lectures that sucked, and this one rocked
