Hello Potential Member!

Who We Are
Our meetup group is a diverse group of business owners who are interested in networking together to get more business, to get out of their office and be social, and for potential joint ventures or cross promotions. We share our knowledge, our contacts and our support with the other members of the group. NOTE TO JOB SEEKERS: This is probably NOT your best choice for a networking event. Our members are small business owners, looking to network with other small business owners. This is not a job seekers venue.

Low Commitment, High Return
Unlike a BNI where you are required to attend weekly meetings, we offer the same sort of connections without the early morning weekly hassles. We have a luncheon and an evening event each month. You can attend one, both, or none as your schedule permits. Obviously those who attend more often will build stronger bonds within the group. Plus, with over 700 members, we've got a large base of people - there's got to be someone who can help you grow your business.

LIST POLICIES
We do not mail random events to our members despite getting numerous requests each month. So if your reason for joining is to get a ready-made mailing list, then this is probably not the place for you. If, on the other hand, you're interested in a place to meet people without getting incessantly spammed by random stuff you don't want to know about - then you've come to the right place!

Message Boards
We have opened up the message boards for those who would like to share their events with the group and for those who would like to ask questions and share ideas with each other. You may subscribe to the message board feed or not as you choose.

OTHER EVENTS
We organize several monthly events:

• Two of the events are Meetup.com groups that are open to anyone who would like to attend - If your here, you already know about these events.
  
• We organize one large "Business After Hours" event each month. This event is not open to job-seekers. In addition, we actively manage the invitation for this event to ensure that we have an interesting mix of people at each event. By completing the form above you are basically raising your hand and saying that you would like to be invited to this event or...
  
• We organize a "Young Professionals" event each month. This event is geared towards self-identified "Young Professionals". This group is made up of entrepreneurs, people early in their careers and people who don't have a lot of experience at other networking events.
  
• We are planning a "Tech Innovators" event. This group is still early in it's development...
