Hi! My name is Joe Stelmach and I'm an application/web developer, dodgeballer, geek, and soon to be father from Manchester, NH. I thoroughly enjoy web development using PHP and jQuery and am looking for a way to learn more and meet new people.

Rate your overall experience with Web Development (Beginner, Proficient, Expert, Not a Web Developer)

I would say that I'm a 'Beginner' when it comes to web development. I started a couple of years back when I inherited the maintenance of a website that manages local sports leagues. Basically, at the moment, I know enough to be dangerous, but am learning more and more every day.

Rate your experience with PHP (Beginner, Proficient, Expert, Not a Programmer)

As with web development, I know enough to be dangerous; however, I do have slightly more experience with PHP. As I stated before, I maintain a website that utilizes PHP and jQuery.
