Jim!
My name is Rachel and I'm a journalist at BU. I'd really like to write about Illuminated Frisbee for class and I wanted to know if you could e-mail me some info, possibly set up an interview before hand, etc. My e-mail is [masked]. Thanks!
Could you email me at [masked] regarding possible game tomorrow. I'd appreciate it.
Hi! Is there a game tomorrow? My 16 year old son is really interested in participating. I'd appreciate any info. Thanks.-Ted Cross
Thanks for being an organizer. This is a great event and I like your community spirit.
Jim is seriously one of the nicest guys I've ever met. His frisbee skills are incredible and he is a great organizer. He has a very...well...o
rganized way of handling the large groups of frisbee lovers! Jim is super nice to host many sweaty and hungry friends at his lovely abode!
Thanks for organizing frisbee tonight Jim. You're awesome. Be sure to rest that ankle.
Jim's a great guy etc, but I am very jealous of his forehand throw. If Jim's forehand was a film director, it would be Martin Scorsese (mine is Hal Needham, of Stroker Ace fame). If his forehand was candy, it would be a fancy box of Godiva chocolates (mine would be a clump of petrified ribbon candy, sitting for untold years in a dish on your Great Aunt's coffee table). Jim's forehand on the periodic table would be labeled Au (gold), while mine would go under B (boron). It just isn't fair.
Jim makes everyone he plays with feel like a great player with his perfect throws and ability to catch ANYTHING (which is kind of unfortunate when he's not on your team). He's equally fun to hang out with off the frisbee field, and he's a fantastic organizer as well!
Hey! The BSO is doing Mahler 9 and the Berg violin concerto....suc
h a great program! It would be either Nov. 9 or 10 (Fri/Sat.). Either would work for me at this point. As I said, $8 rush tickets if we can get there on time on Fri., probably $14 on either night, next best would be $30 and up.
Chris is also interested in coming, so maybe we could even bring more friends (the $14 seats are arranged 2 and 2). Keep me posted on what you think. I'll have to hook you up with more Mahler...
hug! poke! shout! jim's great!
