Boston PHP Job Board (Google Group)

Gene B.
Boston, MA

Over the summer of 2014 we began testing the need for a Boston PHP Job Board. The test began with a Google Group we created to assess interest in developing a Job Board exclusively for 3,700+ members of Boston PHP. This test continued throughout 2015. If there is enough interest we plan to assemble a team of Boston PHP members to begin developing a more feature-rich Boston PHP Job Board in 2016.

We are looking for members to join this Google Group and begin posting and receiving information about job opportunities and collaboration projects. You must be a member of Boston PHP to participate in this Google Group.

If you are interested in posting and receiving messages about work opportunities (PHP and related Web technologies) please access our Google Group and send a request to join after you become a member of Boston PHP.

While our core focus is PHP, we cover topics that reflect the full range of full-stack (LAMP stack) development. Beyond our monthly Meetups, our virtual self-study groups reflect our focus on continuing education:

~ PHP Percolate
~ jQuery jAM
~ HTML5 Brunch
~ Git Lunch
~ Drupal Diner
~ Agile Appetizer
~ Angular Stew
~ AWS Snack

So, any opportunities on the front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (LAMP stack + WordPress + Drupal) would be appropriate.

Update: As of March 2017, more than 270 Boston PHP members have opted in to receive job postings via the Google Group.
