PHP Percolate! Season 5

Season 5 of our popular virtual self-study group is tentatively scheduled to launch in January 2013. Season 5 will focus on more advanced PHP topics and will not be appropriate for beginners. Help us decide which text book we should use for this more advanced journey by casting a vote for one of the following three options. Details about each book can be found at LarryUllman.com.

Which meeting style do you prefer for Boston PHP?

Since 2002, Boston PHP meetings have been more presentation style meetings where we find a suitable presenter to come and talk about a technology, technique, or experience. However, I wonder if you prefer we keep this tradition, or we try and make our meetings more user group style. Please tell us what style meetings you would like to see us focus on in the future...

What meetup location would work best for you?

We are considering a few new venues to host our meetings. Where would you prefer?

What day should we host meetings?

I've been wondering if we should change the meetup day to another more easy to attend day. For a long time, we have always met on Wednesdays at 6:30pm. I assume since our location is Boston, and it is mid week, that perhaps it's difficult for some to attend. Especially if there is a ball game or heavy traffic. Please vote on your preference.
