Organizers should setup tables by categories (Novice, Intermediate, Advanced) and put some flags on each. I am a novice and was sitted with the only available space where everyone was too advanced for me

I agree with Feyzi. It was also my first python project night and I felt that knowing where to sit ahead of time would have helped speed things especially for newbies.

I will politely disagree. This is a self-organizing meeting, with the drive for what to work on coming from the people in the meeting, not the organizers. It was my first meeting too. We could have used more guidance ("Ignore the first place you sat down at random!", "Moving is a good thing, not an insult"). Next time I will bring specific python modules to work on with specific goals ("lets pass this test here").

In addition to working on my own projects (and helping out others) I'll also be selling 30+ Raspberry Pi computers for $40 each.

    Hi Jason,
I hope you are well. For those who are intending to attend this event for the first time, could you please tell about the layout of the Project night? Any pointers would be really appreciated. If the event spreads across more than a single day, are there places to stay/crash for people coming from other parts of Massachusetts. I am coming from Amherst.

    Thanks
    Tariq
