What's the coolest thing you've done with Python?

I built a framework for realtime hyperspectral vision on top of python's mutiprocessing module and numpy. This allowed my company to install our imagers in industrial environments and do all the vision processing on multicore server hardware.

What would you like to learn in the Python world?

I am looking to learn more web frameworks. I feel like most embedded devices should be serving their interfaces via web apps, and generally, most apps belong on the web anyhow.

Any particular areas of expertise outside of Python?

Machine vision, industrial integration.

Hi. On the best days, I am a tool builder and inventor. On most days, I am a plumber. When I'm not listening and learning about someone's problem, I'm trying to write code to solve it. I love to make things.
