Light run at Castle Island

Meet at the entrance to Head Island Causeway (see map link above).  Less crouded and nicer bathroom than by the fort.  I like to start on time but call and I'll wait.

The loop is about 2.5 miles.
Don't forget to hydrate yourself.

I will send out my cell phone number to those that sign up.

Please remember, I am a volunteer. You are responsible for your own transportation, safety and level of fun. That being said, let me know if I can do anything to make your meetup experience better.

I'd love to meet but the time is to early and I'm nursing a strained left knee

I apologize for having to cancel. I am not going to get out of work on time. Most likely I'll have to run it around 6.

Thanks for letting me know. We won't wait for you then. This early time slot is only for the next 6 weeks for me anyway. See you soon!

I'm looking at the profiles of everyone signed up and I want to note that you are welcome to run past me and take off on your own, but running a circle around me is not allowed! That's considered not cool! lol
Looking forward to running with you. See you soon.

Just the bathrooms mentioned above, which are much cleaner than at the fort. They are in the building across the street next to the playground. You can change there.
