I've been running(-ish) for about three years. I'd like to improve in a low pressure environment. Currently, I run at about an 8:30-9:30 pace. My goal is to run a 10K around the hour mark.
Get fit, make friends, go for a run and maybe even drink a beer.
Plan a group run or participate in various long and short distance running. Basically just have a lot of fun running with some great people!
