Pretty much like to stay fit and challenge myself consistently until I'm "broken and beleaguered". That sums it up.
Get fit, make friends, go for a run and maybe even drink a beer.
Plan a group run or participate in various long and short distance running. Basically just have a lot of fun running with some great people!
