I used to run 12 miles a day and really liked how that felt. Would like to gradually get back into more healthy routine of exercising again.
Get fit, make friends, go for a run and maybe even drink a beer.
Plan a group run or participate in various long and short distance running. Basically just have a lot of fun running with some great people!
