Re: [running-194] New Meetup: The lovely Heartbreak Hill 5k race

Hi everyone!

Hope you will consider running this 5k this Sunday, June 13th! It's a great course that starts at Boston College's Alumni Stadium, ascends Heartbreak Hill and then goes around the Chestnut Hill Reservoir. Here's a course map. Both online and race-day registration are available.

The race supports Franciscan Hospital for Children, which provides excellent health care, therapy and education to children with special needs. Some of the kids will actually be there and are able to participate.?

See below for more details and let us know if you have any questions.

Hope to see you!

Announcing a new Meetup for The Boston Running Meetup Group!

What: The lovely Heartbreak Hill 5k race

When: Sunday, June 13,[masked]:00 AM

Hi Everyone,

This is a lovely little 5k race that will give you a taste of racing up the World famous Heartbreak Hill and not have to suffer the initial 23 miles to get there... it'll also be a chance to work off those post England v USA World Cup Match blues!

It's for a great cause so we hope you can make it!

Any questions, please let me know.

Take care, Martin

p.s. you're responsible for your own registration etc. etc.
